From lettings management to financial services and property investment, the company’s Barnet branch offers a wide range of services and over 80 years’ local experience.

The requirement

Like many estate agents, Winkworth Barnet uses direct marketing to proactively generate new instructions. This involves delivering on-going door drop campaigns that are monitored on a weekly and monthly basis.

“We target all of the Barnets, which is an extensive geographical area,” explains Director, Paul Grover.

“Having a distributor that’s reliable and provides us with a highly efficient and cost-effective service is extremely important to us.

“Our mail drop results can fluctuate due to seasonal factors such as school holidays and the festive period, when moving house isn’t a priority for many people. The result

Winkworth Barnet’s door drop campaigns have returned strong results for the team, something Paul attributes to Letterbox’s expertise.

“In terms of year on year results, we were 151% up on our turnover last year, which is a phenomenal achievement,” he said.

“Raising our brand awareness has been instrumental in getting more and selling more properties. We’re well ahead of the company’s overall year-on-year performance and I have no doubt that Letterbox has played a key role in this success.”
