Founder & director
With 36 years of experience under his belt, Simon is our door drop guru and head of business development. That said, you’ll never find him sitting in an ivory tower – he’s hands-on and gets to know our clients and their businesses personally. He’s a man of many talents – as well as founding Letterbox Distribution he’s also a trained sculptor and potter.
Bev’s background in accountancy means she’s perfectly placed to keep things running smoothly and compliantly. She oversees all aspects of the company and makes sure we have a full audit trail and are transparent in everything we do. Bev loves to clear her head by keeping fit in her spare time.
Senior Account Manager
Tracey has been with us for over 30 years! She heads up the account management department and is responsible for building the strong relationships we have with our clients. It’s not all work, work, work in Tracey’s life though. She’s rather partial to a movie night. Especially if it features ‘The Rock’.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Maddie is responsible for bringing new clients on board. With a wealth of knowledge about our services and abilities, you can rely on her to find a solution to almost any request. Maddie’s a chilled-out kind of person and loves cooking up a storm in her kitchen or walking with her rescue dog, Audrey.
Business Development Manager
Graeme has vast experience working in agency land. He’s a networker, knows how to build websites, is a keen gardener, and is a Trustee at a local charity. Dad of two boys who keep him very busy when not working.
Graeme once played the V Festival and was introduced onto stage by Richard Branson.
Head of IT & Graphic Design
Astrit is the king of all things visual. As our resident Mac maestro, he cooks up the designs and mapping that make our materials look so special. A solid team player, he’s renowned for his favourite saying, ‘I’ll get it done in two milliseconds’. And he normally does!
Head of Strategy & Insight
With a background in new technology, Jack is responsible for making sure we offer a top-notch service by using relevant new tools. He keeps us up-to-date in an ever-changing world and is a font of knowledge about emerging technologies. He’s also a gym bunny and loves the adrenaline buzz from a good workout.
Keeping our clients informed and making sure any concerns are swiftly resolved is central to the way we work. And that’s what Amanda does. She’s devoted to making sure our clients have a great experience when using our services. She’s something of a theatre fan too. If you want a show recommendation, Amanda’s your go-to!
Good relationships are everything to us. Sterling helps us by onboarding new clients and supporting them with their projects. He is multi-talented and as busy outside of work as he is in work, playing rugby, the guitar and the piano. He also tutors children in maths and English.
Communication is core to our success. As public relations officer, Andrea is responsible for keeping everyone informed. She communicates and supports all our staff and suppliers. She’s also our resident mother hen, making sure we’re all eating properly and have a cuppa to keep us going.
We’d be nowhere without Dino! As our warehouse manager, he’s responsible for keeping our incoming and outgoing stock flow controlled and efficient. As if that’s not enough of a challenge, he loves running marathons. No word of a lie, he’ll run a half marathon pretty much every day in the summer.
